By analyzing your project early, Ronnisch Construction Group helps you make informed decisions to meet your budget and timeline without sacrificing your vision.

Site Evaluation: Ronnisch examines your site to determine available infrastructure, environmental issues, topography, soil conditions, zoning, and other conditions that could have an impact on your project.

Design Interface: To provide the most accurate budget model, Ronnisch communicates with your architect from day one to better understand the look and function of the project.

Municipality Coordination: Because each town is unique, Ronnisch goes to work with municipal personnel early in the process to ensure that the community is receptive of the project before, during, and after construction. We’re proud to say that we have solved every city issue we’ve ever encountered.

Value Engineering: By thoroughly examining your facility plans, we can suggest cost-saving alternatives for nearly every aspect of design and construction, including life cycle costing.

Constructability: Our experience enables us to foresee the impact of different options and to suggest workable alternatives.

Cost Control: True value means getting what you want without overspending. By serving as your designer/builder, collaborating with your architect, or working from your complete design documents, Ronnisch diligently tracks and controls costs without compromising quality.

Procurement: A smooth project begins with a well-deployed team. Our procurement process ensures that we nail down long lead-times, have access to alternative suppliers, and constantly monitor and communicate team assignments and progress.

Conceptual Estimating: Our extensive experience enables us to provide precise estimates for projects not yet fully designed. By analyzing the cost of alternatives, we help you improve your plans.

Scheduling: Sophisticated software applications enable us to “map” every aspect of a Ronnisch project, including daily details, the approval process, and the impact of change requests on schedule and cost.

Reporting: Proactive, honest communication is key to our high level of customer satisfaction. Through our proven “Ronnisch Way” process, our partners are informed about every step of the construction project.

Put us to the test. Ronnisch Construction Group’s Project Managers use experience, technology, and our unwavering sense of accountability to exceed quality standards and client expectations. A few of our major checkpoints include:

Site Control: A clean, well organized site inspires higher-quality, safer work and is vital to a project’s success and image.

Safety: Safety is always a top priority. Our safety program and training take every measure to assure a safe work environment.

Administration: Our high customer satisfaction ratings are directly related to our strong administrative services, including an automated accounting system, full-time project coordinators, and proactive communication.

Accounting: Our automated accounting system and dedicated project accountants track job costs to ensure that budgetary constraints are met and that monthly draw requests are timely and accurate.

Risk Management: Ronnisch understands project risks, and we have developed strict policies and procedures to minimize those risks and protect our clients.

Procurement Selection Process: Ronnisch has procedures in place for pre-qualifying our subcontractor base. We have additional procedures for qualifying each subcontractor’s bid on a project. To further ensure job quality, Ronnisch has developed model contracts for all subcontractor disciplines.

Management of Subcontractors: To ensure safe, timely, quality work, Ronnisch qualifies and monitors each subcontractor’s performance throughout the project.

Municipal Approvals: We pride ourselves on the ability to quickly learn a municipality’s concerns and priorities and resolve any issues that arise before and during construction.

Change Management: Change is inevitable, but surprise doesn’t have to be. Ronnisch promptly and clearly communicates how changes affect budget and schedule. You can rest assured that additional work will be done only if the client approves.

Detailed Schedule: To ensure that all team members have the most recent, accurate information, a master schedule is established and all updates are promptly communicated.

Recovery Plans: Even the best-laid plans can be delayed, but our superior planning and scheduling techniques quickly get jobs back on track.

Meetings: Our meetings are always productive and respectful of your time. Held on-site, we provide agendas and minutes to clarify all progress and upcoming decisions.

Quality Assurance: A Ronnisch Construction Group full-time superintendent, a qualified subcontractor, and an independent inspector verify the quality of all Ronnisch construction projects.

Warranty

Some think of this as the “end” of the project, but we’re not satisfied until you’re satisfied with a fully functioning facility. Even then, we proactively return for periodic check-ups as part of our warranty program. Your project may also qualify for our unprecedented two-year warranty. What other construction firm has such confidence in their work and such commitment to their clients? That’s the Ronnisch Difference.

Commissioning: Ronnisch takes pride in our record of testing and commissioning projects on the first time through.

We develop checklists to ensure that each piece of equipment is ready to start.

We conduct several walk-throughs to ensure that all items are completed and to familiarize the owner with environmental controls and electrical panels, etc.

We organize a close-out book of drawings, product data and warranties, and supporting documentation to assist with the formal acceptance and occupancy of the facility.

We return for 6-, 12-, and 24-month walk-throughs to ensure that the project is successful and exceeding expectations.

We are available to answer any questions or address any concerns that arise. United, we stand behind our work.

Owner Installations: If you choose to arrange for your building’s amenities or necessities, we are happy to assist with details to ensure a smooth finish to your building project.
